    Hi,

I usually never eat my melba because i dont really like it. I cant find grissini in any of my stores, so im questioning whether or not bite size wheat thins low fat (8cals) each would be ok to substitute. I know the melba is around 20 cals so i dont know if it is ok to replace with 2 wheat thins? i dont want to mess up im on P2 day 21....

    Start weight: 177
    Current weight: 161.6

Not sure what the ingredient listing is for Wheat thins... you might want to look there. I never eat the melba's either. Are you just wanting to eat more...or are you hungry?

Wheat thins have a couple different sugars as ingredients, I wouldn't do it.

    Hi,
I dont get melba toast here in Austria, so I eat crispbread instead: no sugars in it and no fat! that works fine. Maybe you want to try that?

wheat thins also have fat, so i would not. try crisp-n-light.
