I'm P3D5 and here's the deal, I'm hung over (hubby's 30th bday party) and I am retaining water like crazy, my ankles are really swollen, etc. And TOM is still here. I'm up 3 lbs from LIW....should I worry yet? I'm thinking of doing a high protein day...does that mean I eat nothing else? No fruit? Please help!
Also, the alcohol I was drinking was rum and diet coke with lemon juice so pop makes you dehydrated too right? Think if I get myself rehydrated and back on track my weight will go back down w/o having to do a steak day?
