    Off Protocol~~

Margie remember when you were able to eat yogurt and it didn't hurt your losses, I can't remember what you counted them as?
I bought so carbsmart yogurts for my hubby and I was having a hard day and I had one, it was 3 grams sugar and 4 carbs,
80 calories, I lost just fine.

    Thanks,
    Ellie

Make sure you watch your weight a couple of days after trying it, Ellie. The gain or stall is often 2 days later not the next day. I think she counts it as a protein. I'm sure she'll see this at some point and answer though.

I have my own yogurt maker so I can use fat free milk in it and vanilla flavored stevia. I have one serving in place of a protein. I've done this on two rounds without any consequences

hi ellie- i'm out of town, but noticed the title! i counted it as a fruit. the one i ate (blue bunny- has splenda but no added sugars) had the same amount of carbs and calories as an apple, and gave me some additional protein. i did lose a bit slower, having one of them per day in place of a fruit- about 11.5# in a short round, as opposed to 12.5. But i also have a documented sensitivity to dairy, so that might be the reason.
