    Hi!I'm new here and on day 5.I've lost 4 pounds already (I stalled from yesterday to today) but it's that TOM and I have a really bad cold!Can I take anything or will it effect my progress?I'm taking HCG drops btw.

    I think that the liquid Nyquil may affect your losses, because of the sugar/alcohol content. I think that OTC pills or capsules would be the lesser of two evils. Maybe check your grocery store or a GNC for a natural cold remedy? Hope that helps.

    Can I take Tylenol or Asprin?

    I wouldn't take Nyquil but you could get a pill form that would do the same thing and be okay. Tylenol or aspirin are fine.
