thanks for all your advice! yesterday i had a big piece of chicken breast with veggies and a big steak for supper with veggies and this morning i was only 1 lb over LIW...so i was down almost 5 lbs! looks like i had just retained a lot of fluid from the weekend. That's a relief...i'm still going to continue taking it easy this week though...would like to drop just below if possible :)
