I have a question...I am taking HCG drops...12x30x60x --- I think that they are homeopathic, not sure, anyways...I really, really want to loose a pound a day for the remainer of my time on this round on r3vlcd15 and have lost really good but for the last 3 days have lost a pound; gained a pound, lost lb and half, gained a lb...I really want to avoid this...My question is...okay 2 questions..lol....totally different... #1 Can I take 8 drops instead of 10 to help promote the weight loss? I have been taking 10 drops 3 times a day. (I tried increasing it last round and did not do so well.) Question #2 Can you do a "steak day" on phase 2? Please, anyone who can help would be mostly appreciated! Thanks in advance :)
Question #1 .... Reducing your drops will not increase your losses...but will most likely make you hungry. When you increased your drops last round what happened?
Question #2 .... Steak days are for P3. Some do "mini-steak" days during P2, but I'm not sure it's a good idea.
Stalls are completely normal...and do go away. Hang in there. Just let your body do the work and not force it - you want to be able to stabilize going forward.
Most women do not lose a pound a day on the protocol. You need to adjust your expectations, I'm sorry to say. :-( A VERY few lucky ones have lost close to that but in over a year and a half of reading the forum I could count those on one hand. Women average .5-.75 per day over the length of the round. Like Robbi said, upping the drops won't make you lose more. The only time you adjust the amount is if you are hungry. And no steak day on P2. That is for P3. :-(
It's just a stall. It will right itself very soon! Hang in there. Colleen
Thank you for the advise, both of you. I was just wandering about the dropping of the dose from 10 to 8 drops 3 times a day. Wondering if that would help. I know that increasing really did not help except with hunger :) Yes, I should lower my expectations, :( I know, it was asking a lot, but a girl can hope and dream. I figured that I would have to do 4 rounds, just hoping to only have to do 3 to get to goal... Thank you again for the advise. I appreciate it greatly.
