    I've heard this too. The world expert on sublingual uses plain saline after finding even buffers degrade the hcg.

    Probably just because no one really has a definitive answer. :-( We've all heard it though. Not sure if any trials have been done to know for sure though.

    Where do you buy the saline that is okay for oral? Or does saline for contact lenses suffice?

    I have't done it myself but I know Ellie uses wound wash. It's a spray though so you have to spray it into a cup or something so you can suck it up into the syringe. A friend used eye wash the same way. :-)

    You can find the wound was at Walgreen's/Wal-mart. It is the Simply Saline brand Wound Wash at Wal-mart and it is located with the bandages. It does come in a spray type bottle and just spray into a bowl or into the top of the syringe.
