I keep seeing what's NOT ALLOWED in p3. Does anyone what IS ALLOWED? IS there a list? Some say no sour cream, some say yes, some say no yogurt some say yes? I hear of people doing Atkins and some doing South Beach. What's the deal? Some stuff on atkins allowed list is different than atkins list. So what the real allowed list?

Me too! I'm starting P3 in a few days and I would love to see a list. I saw one when I first started but now I've been searching and everything that says P3 List is not the list I remember seeing. It was an actual list that someone posted. Can anyone help?

Simply no starch, no sugar. Read all labels for added starch and especially added sugars. Normal food sugars are okay, like what is in fruits but watch for really sweet fruits. You are wanting to add more fats and calories in P3 to stabilize.

Sour cream and yogurt should be fine as long as there are no added sugar or starch, and you can eat dairy. I don't think there is a list of what is allowed in P3. You don't eat any foods with any kind of sugar added to the ingredients, and you can't have any starches. Everything else should be ok, but it always helps to search or ask if you wonder about a specific food.
