So, I am going to be doing a real high protein day. Wanted to see who wanted to join me. I am 4 pounds up from my LIW... So today, I am planning on having:
B- 3 All-Natural Sausage links (no sugar or nitrates added) (110 cals, 8 grams of fat - for 2 links) Coffee with cream (I musttttt!The people I work with are this dull! hahahaha)
S- 50 grams chicken (cooked in butter last night)
L- 100 grams chicken (cooked in butter last night)
S- 50 grams chicken
D- 100 grams chicken (cooked in butter last night)
This sound okay for a correction day?? I am trying to not stress about the weight gain, but I think.... I might be failing in that department.

(I have been eating about this amount of meat, combined with cheese, and protein shakes... I am wondering if I am "cheese" sensitive..., I have been to scared to try fruit!)
You need to double your protein from P2. So you're way low on meat servings. You should be eating at least 6 oz with every meal instead of the 3 1/2 we had in P2 for each meal. Eat up!
