Yup, do you believe it? I won't get home for another 8 hrs. Do I take it when I get home or just skip today? What are the repercussions of taking it 10 and a half hrs late or not at all? Will I still lose weight when I do my morning weigh in? Freaking out over here!

Since the hCG stays in your system for about 3 days, I don't think skipping a day would hurt you that badly. Are you already doing a skip day? I suppose, if you were worried about it, you could slightly increase your dose tomorrow, to get your blood level of hCG back up, but I'm not entirely sure that'd be necessary. Any thoughts from veterans?

No skip days but I noticed I am hungry today since no injection.

Hopefully, someone with more experience will pipe in. I still don't think one skip day should hurt. What VLCD are you on? If you are more than 3 days into this, you should have enough hCG in your system that one skip day shouldn't matter. If you are past your first few days, this may be a telling sign that your dosage may be too low. I know Colleen (Grammy) encourages a skip day, to evaluate hunger, and that, if you are LESS hungry on a skip day, it usually means your dosage is too high, and if you are MORE hungry on a skip day, it usually means your dosage is too low. Have you been hungry on the other days?

If you've been on the hcg more than 4 days, a skip day won't hurt. I am always a bit hungry on my skip day too if my dosage is right.

Thanks, Colleen. I always appreciate a veteran coming in and verifying what I said. I don't want to give incorrect advice.

You always give good advice, Angela! :-)

LOL...<blush> thanks, Colleen. I try to be cautious, though, because I wouldn't blame someone for saying, "Who is this woman, spouting off advice? Isn't she only mid-way through her first round?" LOL

Most of my "advice" is simply repeating what I have read you veterans saying, anyway! :-)

Well, I'm off to finish the last few chapters of "Abomination". I'm on pins & needles!! Forget lunch! This is more pressing!!!! ROTFL!

Thx guys..... I just didn't know if u should still do the injection when I get home. I don't want to wake up with a gain or a stall from no fat eater in my body.
