So Yesterday I was just so busy that before I knew it the time was 630pm so I ate my first meal of the day. Today I woke up and had only a .2 loss. I write this only to let others know if you are thinking of skipping a meal it doesn't help you lose more. Until today my losses have been 1lb+. So I am not bumbed but I wonder if it is related. I am going to drink more water too.
