Hi you gorgeous hCG'rs! 226.6 3/1/10 - hypothyroidism, andomosis (uterine reconstruction 5/09)
Motivated by the possibility of curing both my thyroid and my obesity (only since mid-30's which is when I believe my underactive thyroid began impacting metabolism... slow steady wt gain from 135lbs)
3/9/2010: R1P2 - 34lbs/38 days! Fresh injections (mainly - oldest 3 days from mixing - at Clinic) - followed the original protocol to the T! Organic everything... Did not have Cofee nor Melba Toast
P3 - not a single corrective Steak day needed. All Organic - followed Kevin T's recommended supplements/adds full 3 wks on P3 - then 3 wks on P4 (where I did enjoy wine... but no weight gain over LIW over 2lbs) Just realized I was suppose to be on P3 for entire 6 wks...
R2P2 - 28.4/40 days... Injections were p/u twice weekly... last 2 wks 7 days of injections mixed (not fresh daily!) I had coffee this round... daily... sometimes twice daily. I've also started my Masters Program (yes... mainly due to the enormous energy and drive that's coming back into my life!!!) So stress is up more...
P3 - Hmmm in the last week of re-entry into food I'm having a Steak Day almost every other day!! My LIW is 164.2 and on days I'm eating the next day I'm at 168 - 168.5. I get down (after steak day) to only 165.8 to 166.0. Now... I'm also having issues with regular BM? (Coffee and constipation have gone together for me?) and also my period should be cming soon?
Any suggestions, thoughts, ideas? Are there too many steak days? I do plan on doing round 3 in the 8week time frame (after completing my P3 the entire time.) And I am seriously thinking of paying more to get fresh shots daily (or max of 3 days old once a week!) Would love any stories, concerns thoughts...
I've lost well and have used 5,000iu vials for 20 days of injections - so I'm not convinced that fresh shots make a difference with weight loss. Over one long round (40 days) and one short round (23 days) I've lost 58 pounds. Currently on R3...
What are you eating in P3? That much gain overnight sounds like inflammation (water gain) from something you've eaten.
If your weight is consistently trying to go back near the same number, you probably need to adj. your LIW up a few lbs. Unless you're eating something that you're having a sensitivity to, it may just be where your body wants to stabilize. I don't see many people here that actually stabilize at their LIW.
