I am using the drops that I purchased from Amazon from Healing Power Within (based in San Diego). They are homeopathic drops. I am on VLCD6 and I have lost about 5 1/2 pounds so far, but I am both weirdly hungry and not hungry, and I have incredibly bad PMS. (I am scheduled to start my TOM next week.) I know some people believe the injections are more powerful, but I have also heard that the drops are just as effective.
I use drops off Amazon but not that brand. It's normal to be off and on hungry for the 1st week. Just wait it out a couple of days. You're losses are good.
If you are doing homeopathic you should check out the new homeopathic lounge thread. There a ton of nice knowledgable veterans over there.
yes, I used Yavonae hcg 16% alcohol 2oz for $39.95. Great results. And no, I don't have a financial interest in the company. Haha. It seems like many people online are trying to 'sell' the product. I found it by searching on Amazon and I wanted a low alcohol content because I heard it acts like a preservative. Per the manufacturer, they are stable/effective for 5 years..opened or unopened bottles. I just bought another bottle and will ALWAYS have a bottle on hand...JUST IN CASE!
I always purchase my homeopathics on Amazon, just because the prices are better there than going to individual brand websites (in most cases). And I don't own Amazon. lol
I have used Natural Health Labs and GreenWeb, both were effective homeopathic drops, and both were under $20 for a 2 oz bottle.
Some of the hunger the first week is very normal. As long as you don't consider eating your favorite pet or the neighbor kid, you are ok. After a few days, if you don't feel that you are adjusting, you might need to tweak your dose a bit. And yes, TOM will shake things up a bit, too, but it's managable.
I definitely agree that you should go to the homeopathic lounge threads. There is an old one that grew too big, and we now have a new one. You can use the search tab above to type in the following 4 items, one at a time, to find LOTS of information:
I would recommend setting aside some time and just read, read, read. It will answer your questions and give you more information than you can imagine. Good luck! :]
