    530 pm and just did it at 730 pm do i need to do it tomorrow at 730 or can i resume my daily at 530 still ??

    Go back to 530pm. How are you doing with the evening injections, better?

    yes it is much better with the exception of forgetting to do the injection .. im also on 150 which seems to be better then the 175 and 200 if i can just make it this last week and half im soo ready to be done thank you so much for your help

    I'm so glad you're doing better!!!! I don't know how much help I was...but you're welcome. Good for you for sticking it out... you'll get there, a week and a half isn't that long!

    owe i hear you thats what i keep telling myself .... im down to 146 from 186 (round 1 and 2) and i am loving it!!
