    Today was my birthday so my husband organized to have my niece, a massage therapist, come and give me a massage. He told her I could not have any oils and she said that was okay because she could use gloves on her hands and used cornstarch for the massage. It was awesome. I had my massage without breaking protocal with all the oils. So yes ladies you can have a massage in phase 2. Enjoy and induldge.

    I had a massage Monday night . . .I took in my own HCG approved lotion and she used that. I was down 1.5 pounds the next morning. . . :-)
