I'm on R1VLCD10. Using Corion 5000 IU's, sub-Q in the belly area. I've been all over the dosage spectrum, starting at 175 IU, went down to 150 IU for a couple days, yesterday I did 200 IU and I was extremely hungry all day.

My question is: (for example) my dose this morning I tried 150 iu's again. Will my dose from THIS MORNING affect my hunger issue today, or does it affect my hunger issue for tomorrow or the following day?

So far, I'm not hungry today. Is this because I took 200 IU's yesterday morning (around 6 AM)?

I am not feeling any euphoria like some of you. Food is still on my mind almost 24/7, except when I am sleeping. I want to get my mind completely off of eating and forget to eat a meal like I read some of you do! :)

I'm all over the map, and I feel like I'm wasting this entire round on trying to find my correct dose.

PS: I think I'm in ketosis, but I know that doesn't really matter with the protocol, I have that horrible breath when I wake up.

Your dose today helps determine how you feel. If you are still hungry today, try skipping a day tomorrow. I see MUCH more ravenous hunger when the dose is too high. Corion dose is often lower than other brands so 150 might be just right. But if it isn't, try skipping tomorrow.

Thanks Grammy. I am feeling much better today on 150 than yesterday when I tried 200 IU's. I'm still not feeling the euphoria though - LOL!

I think maybe I inject too early also. I'm hungry after my dinner, even after I eat my 2nd fruit of the day. I was thinking about injecting at noon instead of 6 AM, that maybe that would help some.
