I'm on R3 with about 12 more pounds to lose and it seems like my losses this round are really slow. I stalled after the first few day (TOM maybe) and have slow losses and even a few .4 oz gains. I'm am staying very strict to protocol, cut the melbas one day, still super slow. Could it be that there's not much fat to find (although I can still point it all out quite easily!!)? I would appareciate some veteran input...I'm not sure what to do!
I'm close to goal too and expected slow losses but I'm doing really well since I cut out all artificial sweeteners. ALL of them. Yes it was hard to get used to my coffee iced and black but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'd read some research that showed the sweet taste messes with cortisol which is what makes us fat. You might try it. Colleen
I'm experiencing the same thing. 6 more pounds! Trying not to get frustrated and trying to decide if I should continue another week until I reach it. I'm playing around with my fruits right now. Eliminating one of the them one day .. . taking a break from my pink lady apples as well. I was on a 6 day stall (frustrated and cheated on day 4 which I know didn't help) but down 2 pounds in 2 days changing up my fruit. See what happens over the next couple of days.
