    :cry:I didnt really think I was all that near my target weight. I am right around 147-ishh(as you know how scales can be!!). I am shooting for 130. I just clicked the link in another post http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm and this tells me my weight range for height is 127-141 and 130-144 ( i am inbetween these two height ranges). Since I am about 3-5 lbs from the top end of that weight range, could this be why I am not moving on the scale for the past several days? Here is my history
    I am at day 11 VLCD (first round after a year away....probably like 3rd or 4th round total)

    From the cheat night on-- you have to realize that it shows the weight going down. the reality is that it has been bouncing all over and the weight i indicate is the lowest point i got to on the scale during the morning to just before lunch. I always weigh more first thing in the morning...I am not even entirely sure there has been any weight loss since the cheat day.
    You will see I had good losses at the begining, and then I did a cheat night. I didnt cheat god awful..I had 3/4 a white wine spritzer, a couple lettuce wraps at pc changs (they have oil in them!!) and a shrimp and snow pea dish in a broth sauce gluten free...and I dont think it had oil. This is NOT the meal I would normally choose...but I felt it was the least likely to cause serious problems. ANYHOO>>>>>> that was on Friday night, and it is now Wednesday and I keep playing around with the same damned (apologies for foul language ;) ) 1-1 .5 lbs. I am wondering if part of the reason I am not moving on the scale is due to being close to my appropriate weight range....or if my body is just trying to adjust to the cheat night? any input? advice on what to do now, suggestions, etc? Trust me, I have plently of fat left in my midsection and thighs. My body type is pretty hourglass/apple. my limbs always stay thin and I put weight on around my middle. I am not needing all over weight reduction at this point; the majority in my tummy and some around my hips and rear and a little extra in the "back fat" area. So, I know I am not at the point where all my abnormal fat is gone.....but wondering if I am close to the right weight and that is why I am tapering. Thanks!

    Are you following Pounds and Inches or something else? Are you hungry? What method are you using and dose?

    I am following pounds and inches, except i have had a protein shake (jay robb) a few times. I am hungry! I feel like dieting hungry, not chew my arm off hungry. Though, before, the hunger would go away after I ate my meal or snack. Now, the hunger is just constantly there...and its not an empty feeling, its hunger. I am doing an IM injection. I started at 125 and have moved up to 175 (today is day 3). I am begining to think its not the cheat. The cheat was 6 days ago and I am not moving. I think i am going to do the apples today and see what happens in the morning! with an apple day (i've never had to do one before!!), I dont drink liquids, right?

    Oh I think your dose is off. Where are you injecting? I'm doing IM this round in the arm at just over 125 iu.

    i am rotating between my arms and legs. i am back down to 150 today...so far still hungry!

    Try bumping it down to a mark over 125 iu. For me that's about 26 to 27.
