This might be totally off base....but would'nt you think if you ate low carb...like s.b.diet on phase 3...you would lose some more weight...not fight the gain ??? Of course that book did not work before.....i have a library of weight loss books. That thought is bugging me...as i am up today and it looks like i will be doing a high protein day. Should be a steak day...but im on the way to the desert to sell..water will be no prob..[haha] 114... So would a steak day help tomorrow cause i cant do one today ??? I only have 1 more week of 3. thanks for any help ! gt
You would think... and I did on my first round... but didn't lose much and then stopped losing and stabilized 1lb below LIW.
I'm on my 2nd round of P3... and eat pretty low carb (apple a day being my only high carb)... and am not losing any weight. Looks like I'm stabilizing 1 pound above LIW (darn).
Steak days and high protein days always help... but your loss might not be as much post steak day if not done on the day you are 2lb over LIW. Might being the key word.
