I'm about to start my 5th week of phase 1 with the drops. Last weekend I cheated and my weight is stalling. I had cheated once before in the second week, and while I didn't cheat too bad my weight took about over a whole week to stabalize and start dropping again. This time I did it on accident, unintentionally drinking a lot of sweet tea I thought was unsweetened w/ added stevia. Does anyone know of a way to shorten the stall or get back on track faster? Also, if I did an apple day, does that involve drinking absolutely no water, just 5 apples a day? Does it work? Sorry for all the questions, any advice greatly appreciated:)
Apple days are mostly just mental as you lose water weight (and regain it)...although some do believe in them. Just hang in there... the stall will break!
