I was wondering what form of exercise would be more affective on this diet: fat-burning or cardio?

Slow, longer exercise sessions of fat-burning exercise such as walking & rebounding (a rebounder is a mini-trampoline that you bounce on-it takes 12 minutes to get into fat burning zone on it compared to the 30 it takes when running) make sense because what we want to do here is burn fat.

But would it be better to make your calorie deficit bigger with calorie blasting cardio workouts like the elliptical or bike? I don't want to tamper too much with cardio because I know it can cause water retention.

Its my VLCD 5 and was loosing about 1.5 lbs/day and then only .4 this morning..I'm itching to do something to speed the process along because I have 15 more pounds to lose and I want to get into P3 ASAP-I'm leaving for college at the end of August. Before beginning HCG I exercised about 5 days/week in the past for anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours.

    Thanks for your input :)

Well all dependes if you are in P2 I do advise you do not do cardio because you are no eating to much calories and you are gonna get really hungry

I personally have done bar bell classes and Spin classes because I can go at my own pace, but a full cardio class would wear me out for sure.

Sade- Have you noticed you lose more on the days you do work out? Has it sped up your loss?

shay, I think I might have had better losses the following day, but only if I drank tons of water. It did make me hungrier and it seemed like my lactic acid would run rampant. I could be majorly sore for 4 days after. If I were to do this diet again, I think I would just do brisk walks instead.
