Do you guys know if you can have pork rinds on phase 3? Can you start exercising? Is it best not to lose weight during this phase? I am confused....I have heard that it's not good to lose during this time and others have told me that I would still continue to lose so idk??

The goal of P3 is to stabilize your weight, so your body has a new set point. If you continue to lose, you may lose normal fat, which this diet is supposed to avoid. The three weeks of P3 are to help your body learn to stay at that weight, no matter if you overeat or undereat occasionally. So continuing to lose would be counterproductive.

    Sure, you can exercise.

Pork rinds are fine, although some people think they're not healthy. I've had them, read the label carefully, and don't see how they're any worse than eating cheese. They're just pork skin and salt.

Pork rinds I love with cream cheese on P3. You do not want to gain or loose more than 2 lbs in P3 other wise you will need to do a correction day, (like a steak day).
