    That sounds like a good plan aaf! You'll be just fine!! :) Glad the steak day got you down a bit!!

    Well, today I'm on r2p4d1!! Yay...finally on phase 4, this is the phase that I start to try oatmeal, maybe toast, but usually in the morning. Last round, I did eat low carb wraps without a problem, so I'll probably pick some of those up. Just need to remind myself, that when I"m in this phase, if I'm gonna eat sugars or starches, I need to cut down on the fats. So, from here on out, for me, that is the toughest thing to remember!!

    Today I am .5 below my ldw. I lost .5 since yesterday but I did go to a day spa and did the mud bath, some other type of stuff that they paint on you then you sit in a steam room, also sat in a mineral bath...which I guess detox's you. That could be why I'm down, but hey...what the heck, I"ll take it!! 4 days ago, I was up 2 pounds above my ldw, today I"m below and I really didn't change a thing. TOM is also due any day.

    Ok, I am on my last week and I will start Phase 2 again this coming weekend. Do I do load days again?

    laurabelle: i think you do... but im not an expert.. my mom and sister did and it was recomended by our family wellness dr. -have fun!!

    This is my first P3 day and i am stoked/nervous...

    i woke up today with a bit of a racing heart rate.. i went to the gym (on an empty stomach).. and about 2 hours after that i was kinda woosey and lightheaded.. is it because i didnt eat anything before working out??

    anyway this is my menu for today: *please let me know if i need moree/less of something*

    breakfast: green tea
    *gym*
    snack: apple
    lunch: 8-10 oz of grilled steak, 2 cups of lettuce and one small tomato
    snack: apple
    dinner: 8 oz of grilled chicken with 2 cups of lettuce and one small tomato..

    i drink a bit of water too..

    Jessi, you need to eat more on P3, introduce things one at a time, and very slowly... also, working out will cause water retention, so make sure you are drinking plenty of water.....

    laurabelle ~ do you only have a week left of p4? Or are you cycling? I know that you absolutely load when you are done with p4 and going on for another round, but when cycling, I believe it depends on how long your p3 was. If you did 3 weeks of p3, then I think most people do a mini load with p3 allowed foods...but you might want to check on one of the cycling threads to find out for sure. Good luck to you!!

    Jessie ! If this is your first day of p3, enjoy some salad dressing on that salad!!Just make sure you check the "ingredients" not the nutrition label, to see if any added sugars or starches have been added to it. You can also mix veggies, eat lots of protein, cook with oil & butter....add maybe some eggs in the morning, but only one new food every day or two to make sure you are good with it. This is your first day of p3 right?? Or is this your first day without your hcg dose?? If it is your first day with out your dose, then you still need to eat only the same 500 calories for either 48 hours if you were on homeopathic or 72 hours on any other kind of hcg. Good luck and have fun eating all those new foods!!

    hehehe thanks sistak! .. its my first day of P3... i added some spicy sauce and some basalmic vinagarett... i was soo stuffed after that.... hey... on a less happy note: .. i have had some crazy (poop department word) just today.. i havnt eaten anything "bazzarr" .. is it just my body getting rid of extra fluids?? maybe this belongs in a special thread... butttttt.. did anyone else have this issue?...

    :) yaa tomorrow im going to be alittle more ballsy and add a few eggs and cheese in the am ;)... thanks for the help everyone!!

    jessi ~ yes, I've heard of others having issues in that department... I think I have a stomache of steal...although I wish it were as hard as steal..LOL.. but, I haven't had any issues, but I know it's common. Glad you had some dressing on your salad!! :)

    well cut my cals to about 1500 from 1700-1800 and went from 130.1 to 129.3 :)

    Yay aaf!! Glad to hear you're doing better!!

    Today is day 3 of p4 and I am .6 above my ldw, but I am also on my TOM, super happy about that because I have had a couple of small bites of apple caramel pie, and had some potatoes last night all pretty late, after 9:00, so I'm happy to not have gained a bunch!!

    Well, super busy for the next few days, most likely this site will be non-existant when I get back on the computer, after this weekend, but hopefully we'll see everyone over on the new site!!

    Today i was up only .3 AND i had to weigh in 2 hours earlier because i was going to the gym at 530am. So instead of weighing at 7am, i weighed at 5am! So that is pretty good considering i weighed 2 hours earlier! Prob woulda been the same weight, maybee even a little less :)

    And i cannot comment on the new site! I login, and hit add comment and it tells me i cant because my account isnt allowed or there was another possible reason! So anyways im so frustrated, i want to go on there and comment but it wont let me and idk y!?
