This thread was started, with some encouragement..( you know who you are.. :)) to support all the lovely losers out there that are going to be stepping out of phase 2 and into phase 3 soon...or those that are already there!

r2p2vlcd20 - down 18.4 lbs!! started this round at 168.1 149.7 lbs. today 140 goal
I'll be starting ph. 3 on Wed. (for a planned break) then going back to p2 to lose those last pounds to make my goal..but since I am so close, I will be hanging out here alot and absorbing all I can to make my p3 this round a great success!!
SistaK and mtiger - my LIW is tomorrow!!! I will be starting P3 Thursday! Have plans to go to dinner with friends that night - mexican! I think I will order fatijas and eat everything but the tortillas. Any suggestions for me?

45 years old, 5'5" Started VLCD on July 7 at 167 pounds (with 2 pounds load weight) As of today, I'm 154.6, so I'm down 13 pounds Start P3 on Tuesday (yea!) Goal: 145
I should keep going with P2, but I really want to start exercising, and since my goal is about 9 pounds from here, I'm hoping I can get the rest off with Weight Watchers. If not, I'll be back for another fun round of HCG. I'm really a little uncertain about P3, so I'm going to sort-of follow the Atkins induction food list, adding whole fat yogurt (I really missed yogurt!). I will be having lots of questions, though, so thanks SistaK for starting this thread.
Mtiger, I never thought I would miss running around the track. I do! It'll be good to have the energy to do that again - and that's what I plan to ward off the fat I plan to eat!
