I know some vegetarians do the protein shakes and something called quorm. Or egg whites. If you go to the top of the page and click search, you should be able to find some vegetarian topics.

No the Jay Robb shakes that most use just have water added to them. They are also sweetened with stevia, which is allowed. :)

    Hi Inra,

I am a veggie..have been for close to 30 yrs so meat of any kind was out for me! I used sun warrior natural on P2. I sometimes mixed in some hemp pro 70 (both of these are protein powders) and often put my apple in the blender too w/cinnamon....I used water to mix it in. Not the best tasting thing but it worked for me. I made sure to get about 70g of protein a day. I think I did well even w/a few cheats...I lost 27 lbs in 25 days and have stabilized in P4 slightly under my LDW (I used hHCG drops). So even veggies can succeed on this diet! I did get REALLY hungry at one point during the diet but adjusted my drop dosage as per advice on this wonderful forum and I was ok after that. Hope this helps a little!
