    Mktngwiz. way to go! I am doing good so far....I am off today, got up early and cleaned the house then pretty much just been taking it easy and drinking my water, I am on my 5 bottle now, I ususally drink a TON but today seems harder, I guess normally I "wash" down my food ha ha. The bf just came home to eat lunch, I tried to stay up stairs, I don't need any help today lol... I just told him, don't eat to much we are eating a steak at 4:00!!! I don't know how you are doing it at work, that would be really hard for me, the people in my office eat all the time and NOT healthy food, I thought P2 was hard there, I can't imagine a steak day! GOOD luck and keep going!!! just a few hours left..... I might have to try your ACV idea, I usually take shot(don't bother me at all)but your sounds yummy so that might be my evening snack :)

    ABout the scale....I know I shouldn't have but I got on just a bit ago, and even after peeing like crazy I am up over a pound from this am...hmmmmm? STAY away from the SCALE ha ha....that just messes with me ya know?

    I'm still hangin' in there re my steak day! It's 5:10pm--only about 2 hrs til my Rib Eye!! You should try the ACV cocktail amyjo! It's an acquired taste but since you can do the ACV shots I'm guessing you'll really like the cocktail. I think it's a pretty good appetite suppressant...or at least I'm making myself believe that. lol I try NEVER to weigh after the a.m........ It seriously puts a damper on my day. Follow your mantra: STAY AWAY from the SCALE! :-)

    well, I ate my steak/apple about 45 mins ago and I am stuffed!!! It felt so good to eat..and it was yummy too! I am done for the night, I have a feeling it is going to be a long one lol...hope your day is going good and your scales are WAY down tomorrow :)

    Good for you amyjo! Down 2 lbs--WOW!! My steak day was only moderately successful...actually, technically, I think it turned into a protein day. After I ate my 8 oz RibEye at about 8pm, I was STILL hungry. My steak was too small for a steak day, I think. So--I added a chicken breast with mayo to my menu. This a.m. I was down 1.0 lb. Better than nothing, but disappointing. I think I ate dinner too close to bedtime, too....that always kills me. It was almost 8:30pm before I finished and I fell asleep by 10pm. I think I need at least 2 hrs of awake time after eating for almost anything to NOT show up on the scale the next a.m. So, I'm still +4.0 LIW. I'm doing another protein day today. P4 for me has been one protein day after another! I'm starting my next round on Sat 9/25 and would like to get back to my LIW before then.....but there are still some P4 foods I want to enjoy first.....

    Oh, I am so sorry to hear that! I am terrified that mine won't stay off, this diet is great but sometimes it is to emotinally draining...I totally understand about what to try some P4 foods before starting...I am thinking about starting soon too but I am going to make sure that I have my foods that I love before going back into eating so scrictly. I plan on having some cake, a reeces and a taco place that I love!!! I haven't had any of them on P4 yet and I just don't think I could wait that long to eat them again :) I know that I will gain a TON loading, I don't think that you are supposed to load with a bunch of carbs and sugar but it is a must for me if I plan on sticking to P2. I hope your protein day works better for you!!!! Good luck!!!
