And vary your foods. I knew this was a good thing to do but I haven't always done it. The one thing I haven't varied much is cabbage. I love it sauteed and often have it 2x a day. Well, I developed a food sensitivity to it that showed up this weekend. I cleared it out with NAET but most of you don't know how to do that and would just have to eliminate that food.
