    theNissmoguy,
I would love to see the recipes. I am starting R2 this coming weekend and am already thinking about how boring the food was. :)

I was in a forum on my first round and they were emailing cookbooks and recipes all over the place. LOL. If you think it can be emailed, my address is
cnewsome58@comcast.net. If not, would love to see a few more. The bbq sauce sounds awesome. Will definitely give it a try!

    Thanks and happy losing.

    Cindy

this link is being shared on the "new forum" (and I so like that format better!)

Disclaimer: I haven't personally researched all the recipes, but just paging through, it looked like some awesome ideas!

@ Nismo ~ I know you are worried about copyright laws. Please tell us where we can purchase the recipe book. Thanks so much.

Is there copyright info on it? I see a lot of hcg cookbooks with no copyright info. Usually, they are just recipes people compiled from discussion forums like this one.

The name and author and possibly where we could get it would be helpful at the least.

    Thanks
