I'm on VLCD Day 9, I have been doing great up until now, lost 13.6 pounds since VLCD Day 1, 10.6 if you go by weight from my 1st loading day.
Well today TOM came and although I have not eaten anything off protocol, I find myself eating too much of the protocol foods. Like eating 2-3 apples warmed with stevia and cinamon on it (delish!), or eating tons of melba rounds in 1 day.
How do you deal with over eating during TOM? I'm not hungry but I just have this overwhelming need to eat since TOM came. I was doing really well until now.
