    My question is since I have been on P3 in the past, do I need to add all of the same foods as slow again this time around? Or, since I know what I could and couldn't eat the last round I just be careful with those specific items and not worry about the others? Thanks

    You may want to ask in grammy's groupies. grammy seems to be very informed when it comes to ending rounds. I am just in the middle of round 1, so I have no idea, but plan to start another round in October so it is a good question to have the answer to.

    Cressa- I finished my second round on 6/30, I did take it slow with foods going into P3. However, I also had some difficulties with retaining water that had nothing to do with my foods so my R2P3 has been rocky to say the least. Interestingly I had problems with Olive Oil in R1P3 so I did Canola Oil, this round I seem to be gaining with Canola and have switched to vegatable oil with better results. Also last round no problems with almond butter; this round....disaster! So my advice is to take it slow and reintroduce carefully testing for two days before trying a new one again. Hope this helps!
