I am supposed to start P3 tomorrow.....but, I'm STARVING!!!! Really hungry!!!! I had some crab and melba this afternoon with strawberries.....planned a "taco salad" for dinner....but, I am so hungry! What should I do?????
Ok, so I picked at a VERY few peanuts....which I did yesterday and lost .4 this morning. I had my taco salad for dinner....ad ate a bit more ground beef than I should have....I made sure to drain all the fat. Since I ate more portein, should I skip my other fruit for the day?
Also, my 72 hrs is up tomorrow at noon....I guess I should wait til noon to eat any type of fatty P3 foods????
Thanks, Grammy. Think I will skip the fruit just to be on the safe side. My LDW was 2.6 lbs more than today's weight so, I have a little bit of margin for error....do you think I should even skip extra milk in my coffee in the morning?
I tried to enter P3 early on my 3rd round and it did NOT go well. I gained on that last day and was never able to get back down to my LIW. So I preach caution. :-)
