    I have not started the diet yet. Is this the best site to order from? Any ideas for someone not started yet? Pills? Shots? Nasel Spray?

    Yes..... I have 2 friends that are doing this but one goes to a weight loss center and the other knows a nurse that is buying the HGC on line and giving her the shots..... What is best? or does this site offer anything other than the drops?

    Hi Kairi. There are plenty of sources listed here in other threads, and a helpful "search" feature. I know people here talk about Fran and Doyle who sell Hcg. You may want to search their names and go to the applicable thread. This one seems to be a "crappy" ha place to start. Also, there are plenty of threads for questions and tons of helpful posters. Good luck.

    Speaking of crap....I'm gad this thread was started. I've been having "issues" and it's nice to be able to better understand the causes/solutions. Thanks!

    kairi- this site does not sell hcg. most of us order from alldaychemist.com, in india. they are a reputable company. you can also buy from fran or doyle in the US- they buy theirs from alldaychemist and re-sell it at a higher price, but you'll get it faster- in about 2 days, vs. 2 wks. shipping from india is $25 whether you buy one vial or 100, so it's best to find other people to go in with on an order.

    i have learned that a big part of constipation is a lack of bile in the digestive track. You can take animal bile salts and it only compliments your "ahem" movements and does not affect your own gall bladder , assuming you have one. I started OX bile yesterday and WOW, i have not seen good smooth easy kind results like that since well since i dont know when
