    7/26 VLCD16 - 168.2 (+.2)
    7/27 VLCD17 - 167.4 (-.8)
    7/28 VLCD18 - 167.4 (0)

Total loss (from day 1 of HCG) - 14.8 lbs
Total loss (from load day) - 18.2 lbs

I usually go by my loss from load day because I actually weighed 185 a week or two before starting the diet, but dropped down to 182. I've had 2 gains so far, but dropped them within the next day or two. I do have hypothyroidism, so I don't know if that's a factor or not.

What do you think of my stats so far? Is this just a normal stall? Should I do anything to try and prevent myself from stalling tomorrow? I'm switching my foods up today to see if that helps. I know I'm in the 3rd week downward slope, so stalls are to be expected, just looking for any advice anyone might have.

You're doing great! You've only stalled two days. You'll probably see a drop tomorrow or the next day. :-)

Kat. I have learned to be pragmatic about stalls. Yes you like all of us wish they were not here. They are and the reasons are simple and complicated. and sometimes the body simply has other things to do and it will continue your regularly scheduled weight loss after that. A stall is a sign that the body is working on the problem oddly enough and I found solace knowing how much else it was doing. For me dreams were key. looked at from the point of view of healing my dreams took on a very curious interpretation and i "know" in my knower that I am loosing old weight first, and that makes me happy to know that the things that made the hypothalamus switch its set point in the first place is finally leaving my body.

Alessinwonderland personally I found that i was only able to exercise to the extent that i was performing prior to P2. anything more and I would gain and stall at the same time. This we a sore point for a long time because I had the energy. What i didn't realize is that for me even though it felt like i had energy to spare my body needed every last erg to accomplish its task. Way more is going on in the body than unlocking fat cells and dumping the contents into your blood stream for use. Toxins get neutralized, emotional chemical that were in there get expressed, etc. when we exercise we are overriding the autonomic processes in progress and the body will always try to accommodate a conscious process over an subconscious/involuntary one.

Maybe this will help you feel a bit better- During R1 I had either a gain or 1 to 2 day stall every week after week 1 (and sometimes both a gain and stall in the same week!) I still lost 30lbs during my 1st 40 day round. Just keep doing the plan, you'll be successful.

yonomono - I too am loosing slowly Round 1. This is VLCD11 and I have only lost 6.5 pounds. Though I am keepin the faith and know that it will all "come out in the wash" so to speak. My husband on the other hand is down 10 pounds. So hang in there and I am sure we both will see results maybe later then sooner.

Have an HCG kind of day!

Yoyonomo--everyone loses differently. You are losing about the same as my sister who is around the same weight as yourself. She still lost 16 lbs in her first round. You're down 6.5, and while that's not as much as some, you're only 10 days into the diet. That's 0.65 lbs per day! More than 1 lbs every 2 days. That's awesome! Where "Eat Right and Exercise" diet plans are calling for a healthy weightloss to be no more than 2 lbs per week, you're losing approx. 4.55 per week! That's an accomplishment!

Don't compare yourself to others or let yourself get discouraged because you're not losing as much as someone who weighs 300lbs. You're doing very well and you should be proud of yourself!
