Grammy, Why would you have a protein day on p2 with HHCG? Is it only for a stall or is it a way of eating to loose more weight? I have 9 days left to complete a 40 day round. I would like to loose another 8lbs. I know its kind of unreasonable, do you think?
I have real bad heart burn and ACV makes it worse. (I do use the kind with mother)
I wouldn't have a protein day on P2. That's not on protocol. A protein day is for P3. It's doubtful to lose 8 pounds in 9 days, doggone it. But you might lose 5. :-)
Thanks Grammy, your the best. What about heart burn? Any suggestion? Do you still loose weight when you do 500 for 2 days without HHCG? If so that would be 8lbs in 11 days a little better....right?
You do but you usually gain it back as soon as you start P3. :-( I don't do well with ACV either. It's obviously not for you so just discontinue it. You'll be fine!
Colleen, I'm suddenly confused whats new :) Okay I started round 2 but was only on it 11 days and had to stop for 15 days longer than expected but... well started up as soon as possible and am on VLCD8 or is it 19. Was the break to long? Where am I? I just don't know what day this is..
another thing I didn't eat right at all, didn't allow the hcg to leave my system for 3 days or anything gained eveything I lost in those 11 days. Now though I'm back on track and actually am below where I was when I left...
Well you stopped before 23 days and the weight is really unstable and easily gained when you do that. Then that is a longer break as well. What type of hcg are you on?
