I ordered my HCG from them last weekend and I haven't received a shipping confirmation and I have contacted them with no reply. Has anyone else had this issue?

I also ordered from them last weekend and have received no shipping confirmation. If I don't hear from them within the next few days I will dispute the charge through paypal.

I have purchased from them a couple and times and love there products. The shipping does take a few more days than I would like but it is because they mix the product after the order is placed so it is fresh when I get it. I have tested their product with a pregnancy test and it is real hCG.

Hi, I just ordered from them as well and have a question. Does the product come packed in ice? I made sure that I had it shipped to my work address but I'm afraid if it comes on a weekend someone here will just toss it aside. Do I have to leave instruction here that it should be placed in the fridge until I'm here to get it?

When I ordered and received mine in late April or so, it did not come packaged with ice. I'm not sure about now that it's summertime. Their emial is info@besthcgstore.com and possibly you can request it be shipped with ice however, if it did come in over the weekend at work I would put a request out there for someone at work to just stick the box in the fridge for you anyways.
