I started the diet July 8th, at 186.4, I'm down to 171.2 as of this week. But since Monday thats four days I have maintained that weight and NOT lost anything, I dont know what to do? Im getting discouraged and want to cheat and at times quit all together. I tried doing apple days which helped me a week after I started and I got back to loosing but even with the apple day Im not loosing. Ive also noticed that Ive become hungry in the morning 3 hours after taking my drops, as before I wouldnt start getting hungry till noon when I was about to take my second dose of drops and have lunch.. Any suggestions?!?! PLEASE HELP!
Have you tried upping your drops? As far as the slowdown, that's very normal. You might try cutting beef and all artificial sweeteners. That has kept me from a stall this round.
So just stick to shrimp and chicken? I havent tried increasing my dose how much should I increase it and how often should I take it? Since I take ten drops 3x a day?
Ok Im gonna try that. I also wasn wondering when it comes to hiking is it okay? I normally hike on the weekends, and I didnt the first two weeks so last saturday I went and I was soo hungry after wards my stomach was growling but eventually the hunger went away around noon when it was time to eat and I had to force my self to eat my meal. Could that be just not enough drops or is hiking all together bad?
is truvia ok?? i went to this health store looking for sievia and on the label it said sugars less than 1 g so i did not get it and truvia has 0 so is that ok or do i need to go look again
