    Good morning to all!!!

    Today is day 2 of VLC and I'm down 3 pounds!!!! I just want to make sure I'm on the right path here! I inject 35 cc's of hcg and have followed protocal to the T! I was very hungry last night to the point where I had a severe headache. I'm also injecting in the belly area. Will the hunger go away? This morning I'm doing better, but afraid of this evening. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    It's almost the end of day 2 and I'm still hungry and have bad headaches. I feel like driving to McDonalds and ordering one of each off the menu. Help!
    OPPS, I meant I'm doing 35 units!

    How well did you load and what types of food? That can make a difference in your hunger. It is not uncommon to be hungry a little the first week. Headaches are also common and can be a result of sugar withdrawal, caffiene withdrawal or detox or a combination of those. They subside after a few days as well.

    So what do you all do for headaches? I know that Dr. S said Aspirin, but that makes me icky sick. I usually use an oil blend on the back of my neck, but that is obviously out of the question.
