    Hi everybody! Today is diet day #1 for me. I've really been looking forward to starting another round. I had great sucess with my first round, but I had to quit early (21 days~ 17 pounds down!) due to some weird side effects. I've cleaned up my act and hopefully can go the full 43 days this time. I've managed to keep all but 2# off, so I feel like I'm on the right track. I'm going to do my best to log in every day...so please join me. These forums really help, it's great to know you're not alone.

    So, this is me: starting weight 216 post load weight 220.6 I'm 46 years young 5'5 goal weight 140? (who knows, I haven't been there in so long!)

    Hi LeeLee,

    I would love to join your group of August starters... I am starting today on my first load day. I am 39 years old, and I weighed 147.8 this morning. My goal is 125-130, but we will just see what is in store.. I am 5'7". I did HCG Feb of this year and lost 19 lbs, but I have since put back on 9 of these last couple of weeks. Hubby and I visited wineries in North Carolina, and eating out 3 times a day.. needless to say, this is not acceptable or even normal behavior and I am so disappointed in myself.

    I have to do another round as I bought all new clothes last March from the weight loss and I cannot afford to do that again!!

    I wish you the best, and we can help motivate eachother.. Lets get started!

    I'd love to come on board too. This is my Round 2 and my stats are:

    Load 1 288.8
    Load 2 291.9 +3.1
    R2P2VLCD1 290.8 -1.1
    R2P2VLCD2 288.1 -2.7

    37, 5'3" and my goal is probably around 130 or so. We'll see when I get there where I look good. :)

    Hi there! So sorry for the late posting...I'm having problems with Qwest (bless their little pointed heads!) I hope you guys are having a great day.

    Bquick, are you loading again today? I'm jealous, and a little hungry. I feel for you. It's really hard to be good when you're on vacation. But you can't get too down on yourself. It's a new day. We just got back from a week in Park City, so I feel like I've been loading for days.

    Varden, how are you feeling so far on round 2. I actually feel like it's a little easier this time, maybe I just knew what to expect. Do you take shots or drops? I take the D-140 drops.

    Today: R2P2VLCD2 weight 216.6 I'm happy with that, and I feel pretty good. Maybe just a little mentally fuzzy, but better than yesterday.

    Yesterday we met a friend at Pollo Loco (one of my favorites) I had a chicken breast with most of the skin cut off, no sides. I was pretty proud of myself. Tonight, we're taking my nephews to this great ice cream shop...but I'm absolutely determined to be good. Think strong thoughts.

    Hope its okay to join in. I actually will be starting my 3rd round in a few days. I weigh 145 (well 148 today, indulged over the weekend and ate what I wanted) so its a steak day for me. My goal is 135, but we'll see.

    LeeLee, are you from Utah or just visiting? I am in Utah too. Orem to be exact. Love Park City, and would have gained tons personally eating up there also. I did 2 short rounds with just a break in between, so I am really nervous about doing another round with a few weeks of P4 under my belt. Was it hard for you?

    Hope it's okay if I also join in. I will be starting for my first time ever in a few days. I should get my drops tomorrow and then I need to hit the grocery store. I plan on starting my drops and loading Friday & Saturday. Then Sunday I start the VLCD. I'm looking forward to it and am ready to get this weight off! I'm 30 years old and 5'0" and weight is 170 lbs. My goal is 140 and I would be even happier with 130. I'm naturally small and petite, but with being laid off and not very active (plus eating out A LOT and not making wise choices w/ the boyfriend) the weight has just crept on and I do not like it!

    Just starting round two today!! I am nervous! I had good results on round one (lost 17lbs in a short round in Jan.), but it is harder this time, I tried doing a round 2 a month or so ago, and couldn't even get through the first day of vlcd before I gave up! But this time I am more focused and dedicated!
    offroadwoman~ I am near you! I am in Idaho... We went down to Salt Lake shopping last weekend! Good times! ('Cept it was kinda depressing... there were no plus size clothes anywhere!! Apparently people in Utah don't get fat?)

    Anyways~ I am 26 yrs old, 5'6 and starting at 221.0 (only 3 lbs above where I ended round one 7 months ago! Woo-Hoo for keeping it off!) My goal is to get below 200 and more importantly I want to get to where I can fit into regular sized clothes (Not plus sizes) AND I want to do it all before I start school August 27th (I know it's a bit ambitious... but I'ma try!)

    Good morning to all!

    Jenn2005, Woo hoo! That you only gained 3 lbs between Rounds 1 and 2 is wonderful! It gives the rest of us hope that we can actually take this weight off and keep it off!

    LeeLee, I am taking the shots, and so far I'm feeling great. I had a headache yesterday and this morning, but I don't think it's due to the hCG. I've got neck problems that cause those. I had a couple Dt. Cokes during my load days--mmmmm, Dt. Coke--so it could also be caffeine related. I was a little hungry on the first vlcd, but now it's just that nice empty feeling. A month ago I would have described that sensation as weird, but now it's nice. It means I'm losing weight!

    I've also pulled out my recipe box and am busily converting at least 1 new recipe a day to something we (my sisters live with me and we're all doing this diet together) can eat. Yesterday's recipe bombed. French onion and chicken soup. It looked so good. People raved about it. I followed the recipe exact, but I found the flavor awful! Oh well. Today will be Curried Asparagus and we'll see what happens.

    Currently, I am at R2P2VLCD3 285.3 -2.9 for a total loss of -6.6.

    Good morning, and welcome all! I'm so glad to have new HCG'ers joining this thread. During my last round it was sooo helpful for me to have these forums. Hopefully for sound advice, but mostly to know that I wasn't alone for the ups (and downs).

    Today: VLCD3 weight 214.0 down 5.6# from my post load weight. It's working. I feel much less hungry this morning, more peaceful. And the mental fuzzies have gone away. I managed to stay out of the ice cream last night, and didn't even suffer a 'poor me' moment. However, my nephews thought it was weird to go for ice cream and not have any. They're skinny! Today is my Dad's birthday. I'm baking him a pie, his favorite, but I'm determined not to have any. It's so weird not to eat my own cooking.

    Hi Offroad~ I actually live in Arizona, but we vacation in Utah as often as we can. We just love it up there. Last week we rafted on the Provo river, then drove down to Orem for a little supper. Charming town, very pretty, and such nice people. Park City was fantastic. But the restaurants are so good I felt like was loading the whole week. Last year we spent a week in Bryce canyon hiking and sightseeing. So beautiful! I got so much exercise that I lost weight despite eating everything in sight.

    Ladyjess~ We'll be sending good thoughts your way as you get started. Eat as much fat as you can while you're loading. You'll feel better as you start the diet.

    Jenn~ I know you'll be sucessful this time. But it's great that you kept it off from your 1st round. That's the biggest battle. I found that as long as I kept the overall carb count down, I could eat what sounded good and my weight would stay pretty steady.

    Varden~ You're on fire! Great loss! And I'm glad you're feeling better. Sounds like you're a very creative cook. Hope you'll share some recipes with us. The hardest part of my first round was the boredom with the food. I have to get more creative this time.

    Last night I kissed my husband while he was eating a cookie. Briefly I hoped I hadn't blown my diet. How silly is that?

    Hi all Snow Queen here.
    VLCD #1 I weigh 173 post load.
    I am 5'6" and my goal is 130.
    This is my round 3B (round 3A didn't go so well so I'm just not going to count it!)
    I took a 12 week break between these last rounds so that I am well rested and I can really get my head back in the game. I have about 40 more pounds to go and I would love to do it in 2 rounds! No cheating for me and I will be doing some serious walking too. I have been walking so that just won't change. Yahoo I'll never weigh 173 again!
