I was just taking a multi pack from Trader Joe's and eliminating the E & A (fat soluble), but like Lady Smart mentioned, I have also had some stomach/nausea issues with them too. I'm looking for a different kind right now. I might have to check out the Life Caps of liquid vitamins. But if you have an iron stomach, lol, I think anything with B complex, C and minerals would suffice.

How have you been feeling? Are you doing better?

Just for the record, Life Caps are capsules not liquid. And trust me I do NOT have an iron stomach....matter of fact I have to be so careful with what I take because I can end up on the couch in pain if it is something I'm not familiar with or I didn't read the label first.

I have been doing much better... I still have some dizziness on occassion when I get my shots in the morning... I find that if I do not look down the whole time I do much better... (I think it has something to do with my eyes focusing that early in the morning)... I still don't know what was going on that day where I "hit the floor" but I have not had another day like that so I am quite happy about that... I am still looking for the vitamin that is "right" for me... (the ones I had at home had sugar in them)... sometimes it is hard finding certain things in the area I live in... plus, I always have to factor cost in the equation...

thanks for all the info on the vitamins...

I am on day 3 of HCG Drops - first timer and have that dull nausea - does it go away as your body adjusts? I have to force the food down - no appetite, but nauseated - any ideas? I also get chills sporadiclly

nausea is not uncommon in the beginning- it should go away. but with the chills, you might have a bug of some sort.
