Foxybabe..... Adding the 2ml of B12 to a 2000iu vial would only be a tad over the 1ml per week that you should inject. At your dosage your vial lasts 11 days - so 2ml (B12) over 11 days vs 14 days.
kbj.... My B12 doesn't sting or leave welts on me. I do IM injections once a week. I'm guessing you might still experience some of this if you're having it now. One way to find out is to add a little .25 to your daily injection for one day. Don't mix into the vial just yet. Pull up your Hcg and then in the same syringe pull up B12 (.25) if your syringe is large enough.
I received my b12 yesterday. I won't be mixing it with hcg because I am on phase 4. I know it is supposed to be injected in the muscle. The needle is so long and scares me. Colleen, did you say that you do it subq? If so, do you push the needle all the way in?? I'm just afraid I'm going to poke something I'm not supposed to :) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
why draw out the the B12 with the same needle as with the daily shot of hcg, can't you just use two syringes? and inject one after the other? or is it to not waste them?
I have a question for you B12 vetrans, before i started on the HCG my B12 levels were low and the doctor put me on sublingual b12 tablets. My levels did increase to above the normal range. While in P2 i took regular b12 tablets that you swallow (no sweetners) occasionally when i felt my energy was low. So i was wondering if there is a benefit to the injections vs. the tablets.
I heard you can get them at wallmart, but maybe that is just a pain to inject twice. I feel better when I take a B12, a whole dose, and I sleep better, etc. but a day or two later I am thinking, 'now what? I need something more.' I do have friends that take double shots, or two to three shots a week. don't know if that is overkill.
