    So, here's the deal. I went into P3 last Wed. That same day I flew to Vegas. We were there for 2 days and flew home on Sat. I did take the scale with me and on Sat morning I was 3 pounds over my LIW due to too much wine. So, did a steak day while we were flying home. After the steak day I was down to just BARELY within my 2+ LIW. So, to get lower I did a high protein day yesterday. I was down another .4 pounds today. However, I would LOVE to be back closer to my LIW. So, I'm doing another high protein day today. Is there a risk of doing too many of them in a row and then having that High Protein Day loose it's effectiveness? Thanks for your help.

    Thanks Grammy. I was back to like .6 above my LIW this morning. So, I felt a LOT better about that so started to add back in things today. High protein days aren't "bad"...just the mental side of wanting those foods that I can't have for the day that gets to me. Hoping that I'll be smooth sailing from here. My last round I did SO good on P3! I know it was the alchohol and the flying that did me in.
