    Omg so I went out for the day and now I am staying the night I will beable to eat on protocol but I don't have my hcg with me since I wasn't expecting to be sleeping over. I'm on rx sublingual should I worry about skipping my night dose?

    Ellie thanks so much I think I will just try it I feel fine and I will be home in the am in time for my next dose

    Hcg stays in your system for 3 days, so missing one dose won't make much difference.

    Even on sublingual, just treat it like a skip day. :) You'll be fine.
