Also, what is Bragg's Liquid Aminos? I heard a couple people talk about it on different threads... What does it do and where do i get it? Lol i know i'm obsessed. It's kinda sad, I'm on both forums right now.
sometimes those crushed tomatoes make people gain, or stall, so I tried the miracle noodles with only the chili powder and then the bragg's amino acids and it was really good! then I could have asparagus as my veggie and it seemed like more food. after I drain them, I have them in my hand and cut them with clean kitchen scissors crosswise in chunks, then toss them in with the chicken that is almost all cooked, with a little water, and the spices. after a couple of minutes, when the noodles absorb the spices, they are done!
JustinN.... Grocery stores carry Braggs Liquid Amino (tastes just like Soy Sauce...awesome product). You will find it in the diet or health food section of the grocery. I found mine at HyVee. Also don't forget Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar! They are both a must for hcg!
Jasminedaisy I found them in a store that only sells glueten free products. They had miracle noodles and shiritake noodles which have approx 20 cals. Is it ok to eat these as well?
Jasminedaisy, thanks for the recipes! I received my noodles today and am dying to try them! I'm having a chicken breast tonight.......I'll try to incorporate the noodles with dinner and let you know tomorrow how I do!! Congrats on the weight loss, too. Wow. :-)
Jen1:)....No, there are several different types of Miracle Noodles and some contain calories and some do not....Buy the ones that have absolutely "zero" calories:)...You can eat the ones with calories if you like, in P3:) Also, remember to drink TONS of water cause these noodles are pure FIBRE:)

Nena:)...I have heard that lots of people gain with tomatoes but I have been fortunate enough that I did not gain with them on P2...now on P3, I am eating baby tomatoes like a mad woman!!haha!!!!:) I am a definite rogue'er though and also had eggs several times a week on P2 with great losses the next day! I know it is said in P2, that you can sometimes substitute with egg for a protein but only 1 egg yold & 3 egg whites in total? I would eat 2 full eggs and had great results but we are all different:)

I'm in P2 and I am thinking of trying eggs too. the miracle omelette with spinach recipe looks good. I don't really believe in all these food allergies or sensitivities, though. I think people just are eating too much, or maybe mixing the foods wrong, so as not to get a balanced diet.
I had a huge salad with just lettuce cucumbers and tomatoes, then some fresh spinach with my grilled chicken, and I am in P2!
Jasmine Daisy - reading your thread has been encouraging.I am on R3D17and have lost 9lbs but keep cheating! My first round I lost 28 lbs(201-173) and didn't have one cheat and stablized 2lbs below LIW and it was great! The second round I lost 20 pounds( down to 153) but cheated on and off through the whole thing and decided to just maintain through the summer. It was awful - I was up and down and could not stablize! So I accredite my inability to stablize was bc I cheated and didn't set metabalism. So I started R3(at 164 after load days) determined not to cheat and I did great for the first 8 days(d0wn 9) until my family stayed with me last weekend and brought all this food and STRESS with them which put me up 4. So i went back down to 155 but I still keep cheating here and there and can't get with it wondering what the heck is wrong with me.I totally cheated today and am afraid of the scale tomorrow morn. Do i just stop cuz my head is not in the game? DrS says that we have to do 21 days to reset metabalism so do I continue? I just don't want to go through the mind trip and frustration of not stablizing. Have a ruined it for this round? I read that you did an extended round of 50 days. I originally wanted to lose 30lbs and be done with it once and for all. Help! Any advice would be sooo appreciated! sorry so long!
