I'm starting my 1st load day Friday August 6 for my very first round of hhcg and I'm so excited. I've been reading all sorts of great tips and ideas here for the past few weeks, I just completed a 14 day cleanse to prep a bit. I'm wondering if there are others who are new to this and just (or recently) starting out who would be interested in an accountability / support group. The forum overall is fantastic for that but I was specifically looking for those starting P2.
I went to the store last night (there was a sale on boneless chicken that I wanted to take advantage of), I have a small sack of new spices and my order from vitacost.com should be here tomorrow with some other items to help with the vlc days. ACV - check Braggs amino acids - check choc tea - check spices - check new digital scale - check
excitement and mental prep - check, check (at least I think so.. the mental part will be ongoing!!)
I'm planning to do simple foods on Sunday for my 1st day of vlc eating and use that day to cook one or two things for the week ahead. I'm a pretty picky eater and don't like many/most of the vegetables on the list.. have no clue what chard is and couldn't find it in the store but I'm really working on the whole... food is fuel not entertainment thing.
I am doing round two now! My goal is to be under 200#s and into regular clothes (as apposed to plus sizes) by school, the end of the month! (that's 20#s in 22 days!!) Today is day 1 of the vlcd for me... and it is only 7 a.m. ... and I already cheated (Nevermind that it was just a banana, it was cheating!) NOT GOOD!! But on the plus side ~ I lost 1# yesterday, and it was a load day! Most people gain on load days... and I lost a whole pound! (I know, just one little pound, but it adds up awfully fast! :D )
I just started round 3, and am on vlcd 2. My start weight was 245 and I have lost 40 of that with 40 more to go. I am 46 and 5'11" so I think 165 would be a good place to be. I started out wearing a size 20 and am now wearing 14 's. This morning I have dropped 3.6pds. YEA!!!!! So, my current weight is 200.4....gonna be out of the 200's very soon (hopefully forever). jenn-I always lose on my 2nd load day. Eating all that fat AND losing.....gotta love Hcg!

My hcg was delivered this afternoon so I will be loading tomorrow. I'm so excited. I don't have much to lose around 10lbs or so. It seems like I carry the entire amount on my belly/love handle area. I exercise regularly but nothing ever changes in that area. I'm so hoping that this will finally do the trick!
I would love to join this group and have support. I'm starting my very first round of hcg this weekend also. My load days will be Saturday & Sunday and then start the VLCD on Monday. My boyfriend and I are starting it at the same time and will be interesting to see how we vary in losses, etc. I'll be going to the store to stock up on veggies, apples & chicken on Sunday. I don't like fish or any seafood, so it will be all chicken for me. I don't mind, I love chicken. I'm anxious and excited to get going on this! Good luck everyone :)
