    I am lactose intolerant and would prefer not to take a dairy pill every time have to eat some dairy.

    I am now in P3 on D1 and I am trying to figure out how I can boost my protein/calorie count without dairy and not just eating meat all day.

    Don't get me wrong, I like meat but huge amounts, not so much.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Well there are nuts, eggs and protein shakes. That's about all I can think of. You shouldn't have soy.

    Grammy, do you know if any of the protein shakes don't require mixing with dairy? I haven't ever done them before.

    The Jay Robb ones are mixed with water. You'd have to get the egg white one I imagine. The other is whey.

    Body Fortress Protein shakes say, "mix with your favorite drink" I know some people mix with juice.
