I accepted stablizing 3 lbs overr it was inevitable there was nothhing I could do to make it go away. I am now 1.5 above that and cant get it off for 3 days now. Not even with Steak days. Any other ideas or suggestions
For steak days, you're eating nothing all day long (but drinking all the water you like) and having a large steak for supper along with either a tomato or apple? What day into P3 are you? Hopefully the Forum Vets might have some helpful hint to share with you, but you may have to do what I did and that's take this as your stabilizing weight and go on from here. Are you keeping track of your foods so you can weed out what might be causing your gains?
Well for your sake I really hope your not like me, but this is what I went through : I started gaining from day one that I entered P3, only eating allowed things. I did corrective days all the time, either steak days or protien days but the scale continued to creep. I wasn't eating ANYTHING I shouldn't have!! This happened for probably 1 1/2 moths until finally it seemed things started to get stable, but not until I was 8 pounds over my last drop weight. I've been setting good at that number now for over a month, and even on days where I'll pig out pretty good I'll only gain 1/2 a pound then it comes right off the next day with eating no sugar/starch. It sucks but I've accepted the fact that this is where my body wants to be & I'm trying to be happy with it. I'm almost 5 ft. 4 & 130 pounds now.
Im sorry I didnt give you all the facts - I am in P4 Week 4 so Ive definately already done my stabilizing and I did it really well in P3 with only 2 protein days. P4 Ive pretty much stayed the same no matter what I eat I go up 1.5 down 1.5 but this time I cant get this 1.5 off for 3 days now and I am drinkin all my water. And also I said I did steak day which I didnt I do high protein days.
