Here's what I found in pounds and inches about hunger:

The minor discomforts he is talking about is the hunger, along with headaches and no euphoric feeling. Hence I question the "we need to change your dose" part when people are first hungry on the diet.
Right. I usually give them 3 days or so before we try to monkey with the dose. But I have NEVER been hungry even on the first day except when my dose has been wrong. He still calls those discomforts "minor" so when someone is complaining of being absolutely ravenous, that's a flag. I doubt any studies have been done about this since no real studies have been done to speak of at all except for Belluscio and his isn't shots. I just know what I see here day in and day out. Every single day we tweak someone's dose and when we find the right one, they are perfectly comfortable. And like I said, I've experienced it.
IM just wasn't good for me. Maybe because I'm such a couch potato. LOL I could never settle on the right dose without having to tweak it every 3-4 days. Now on SQ again, I'm perfectly content and very up as usual. :-)
thx for the advice.. i am on .12cc injections. I am sure tis is from not loading properly and today will hopefully be the last day of the hunger. I blew it yesterday eating way more melba toast than i should have.. and didnt loose this am. I NEVER cheated last rd. Anyone else who has done more than one rd. had trouble loading? my belly is so super sensitive after my first rd. I cant seem to eat dairy, anything greasy or lg amts. Not that i mind that generally just didnt help much preparing for this rd. I have lost 6lbs so far.. not as fast as last rd. but i do only have 11lbs left to loose so i didnt expect it to fly off as it did before. Thx again!
Tweaking the dose would have been a good Idea for me way back when I went from IM to subQ because I ran out of IM needles in my first round.. In two days of doing 150iu Sub q I was getting these breakthrough hunger pangs that were crippling.. I almost quit the diet because of the gut wrenching hunger.. But when my I M needles came everything was fine after 2 days Of IM and smooth sailing. I have never been physically hungry on P2 since.. the mental hunger is different but had I know then about tweaking the dose I would not have been in anguish for 10 day or so. So tweaking is important to survive the diet with out horrible hunger..
Proper Loading is essential at the beginning or you will feel hungry and wiped out in the first week. So both of your points are very important to a successful round.. 1) good fat loading and 2) proper dose 3) sticking to protocol all leads to success
Kjrago..Yep, I just could not load like I wanted to my last two rounds but to get around that I megadosed on Essential Oils: Omega 3 Oils Caps Krill Oil Caps Flax seed Oil caps Vitamin D3 Vitamin E Vitamin A Take a Oilve oil bath and then have a tea tree oil massage during loading days. Get a hot oil treatment for your hair Munch on macadamian nuts Eat a Marie Calendar chicken pot pie (300 fat grams) and two beef Tamales (200 fat grams) add some cheese cake. But dont stress out, take the vitamins 4x a day for the 2 days and you will be fine..
so i am on day 9 and still starving!! I did an apple day yesterday.. i am not loosing well. i am down to 144 started at 152. i am debating just re-doing my load days and starting over? i am having horrible hunger pangs.. i am dizzy and weak.. not AT ALL like my last time!
