Morning Ladies,
I am back and feeling a lot better!!!....and more to the point still within my 2lb limit.....so am a happy bunny.
I was sure I was up pounds and pounds......I felt so bloated and fat!!!!!
Bouchelle......I dont see any reason why you cant eat chicken instead of steak.....but do you really need to.....you have probably just hit a stall....most people find that if they just keep to the diet it eventually goes down.
Whatever you decide to do I hope the scale goes down for you.
Angel.....how are you doing!!!!....hope you enjoyed the wedding and wasnt too tempted!!!. -

Hello ladies!
Haven't been on for a while as I was in the process of preparing to leave for return to UK, so am now back on Welsh soil.
Diet has gone a bit awry between the travel and I went straight to France for a quick trip on top of that, so its hard to stick to it when you're on the road.
My drops also didn't last the full 23 days and I have 2 days to go with no drops! I can forget this week I think as I haven't seen my other half for 3 months and we will be going out to dinner etc. But I was happy to lose 13lb in 17 days, so if I had carried on I would have lost a few more i'm sure.
Anyway the good news is that I have today received my next bottle of drops so after my break I will start back probably next week, and hope not to put too much of the weight loss back on. Another half a stone would be a great plus to lose!
