Ok y'all, I started getting sick to my stomach on tuesday which was r2 p 2 vlcd 28. Last round I had no issues. I have had cramps on and off and cramps after sex. I got weaker and weaker until Friday I had to come home and have no been out of bed for very long since. I have been able to eat less and less each day. I took a shower this morning and it made me throw up. My breasts have never been so sore. It is not the flu or anything like that, my mom said it's like I have really bad morning sickness. As long as I lay down I am ok. I didn't do my shot last night and took a preg test today which quickly and darkly said positive. I know this is probably false, but I guess my body believes it. I am waiting the 5 days to retest. I am so upset to be quiting 3 weeks early. I am scared I can not do this without hcg. Thanks for letting me vent, and please let me know if anyone else has reacted this strongly.

Sorry to hear, Jes. I'm 4 days into P3 and have had the most intense PMS and stomach cramps I've ever experienced. I've been laying down since Saturday night at 7pm and can't seem to eat without nausea. My weight has gone down a little since my last day of drops, but I'm not able to get in all the calories I'm supposed to be eating in P3!!! I feel for you.. and have been wondering myself if my body is not reacting well to the hcg. My first rounds of P2 and 3 were not like this.
    Thankful People: Jes

You sure it's a false positive? I'd go for the real test if there is any chance. For me....hubby is fixed, so if I'm prego, I'm divorced!!! :)

are you on the rx or the homeopathic? the rx can give you a false positive.

Sorry to hear others having troubles but glad not to be alone! I am on script shots so I am assuming false right now, but was surprised to see such a dark line positive line on the test. I would love to be preg but do not cycle correctly. I can't get my hopes up yet! Will test again Friday, if still sick and still positive will go for the blood test. Thanks all

the only thing that might suggest you might be pregnant is that you are throwing up. other than that the sore breasts could just be water weight (happened to me, i just got TOM and for a week i thought i was pregnant because they were so sore that just wearing a bra hurt and i couldnt figure any other explanation). it's hard to say bc it could be water weight plus maybe a stomach virus or food poisoning. hang in there! I would really go see a doc as soon as you can so you can make sure it's one or the other because if you are pregnant, you need to eat more than 500 cal soon for the baby. Good luck!

Ah, tandemwench.... Can't think like that! I have a lovely one-year-old baby born about 3 years post-vasectomy, and I've been 100% faithful and he went for all the follow-up testing. I don't trust permanent birth control anymore.

Jes - I'm wondering, too. Sore breasts were the thing that clued me in to my last pregnancy.

:) Sk8 - I know, just being lighthearted about it. I know truly that if that were to ever happen, obviously he would probably look at me funny but its possible!

Definitely tell tale signs tho of pregnancy....sore, tired...etc etc.

=) , tandemwench! It took my hubby a while before he stopped accusing me of cheating. It was craziness. Now all the guys tease my husband about going to a doctor who did it wrong, and we just bite our tongues, waiting for one of them to end up in the same situation because the failure rates are so much higher than the statistics the doctors share in their literature. Ugh! But, my baby is pretty fantastic, so I can't complain too much. =P

Sorry to hijack your discussion, Jes. I hope you are happy with whatever the outcome is, whether you are pregnant or not!

Your symptoms are so extreme that I think you have to consider the possibility that you really are pregnant. I'd go get a blood test. I've never heard of anyone on hcg being so terribly sick.
