I have never counted calories on this diet. Am I supposed to now in P4 and beyond. I pretty much eat like I did on P3 every once in awhile I add pretzels or graham cracker. BTW Gluten free pretzels ROCK!!! They are the best pretzel Ive had yet EVER!
I notice some people still track and weigh what they eat - should I be doing this? If so, what calorie intake is good for P4 - Ive had slight gains .5 - 1.5 with a couple 2s but I dont think ever went over 2. Should I just stick with what Im doing
I don't... once I'm stabilized in P3 and move to P4, I tend to still eat like I'm on P3 but once in a while add real sugar or starch. Just like you are.
You all just answered a question I had. I'm happy in P3 foods. Is it OK to live here? And add just occasional starches and sugars for special events? Or does it make it impossible to add back in starches without gaining weight?
